...1.18...Dinner...no movie...and a trip to Mom's...

...we had gotten some Impossible Burger to make vegan smash burgers...

...not sure if I showed you the new oil sprayer that I got for Christmas...I gave the cast iron pan a spritz...

...and smashed the burgers...

...prepped some toppings...

...and made some air fryer french fries...it was such a yummy supper...but then we didn't watch a movie because we were packing for a trip to Mom's...

...so we left in the rain before dawn...

...just after daylight the mountains came into view...

...still rainy and cloudy though...

...and still some snow left from our winter storm last week...

...clear skies though by the time we got here...and there's still a bit of snow here too...
