...another yearly tradition at our Church...
...Our LYO got together and baked cookies...
...we had a lot of fun baking cookies...
...and even more fun delivering them...just look at the smiles on these Christmas Caroler's faces...just knowing how much joy they're bringing to our shut-ins...
...and then the smiles on the faces of the recipients are pretty amazing too...
...so...sing some carols and make someone happy...

p.s. love the ornaments for the give-a-way!!
Love it! That inspires me. 2 ladies in our tiny subdivision were widowed this year. Maybe they need some Christmas spirit in the form of SUGAR.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
What a WONDERFUL idea!! In fact, we might do something like this as a family next year - we always bake way more cookies than we can (should!) eat!
ReplyDeleteI am so impressed by the spirit of giving that exists in your church community.
ReplyDeleteEven more so by the way it is passed to the youngsters.
What a wonderful tradition - everyone ends up feeling good, the recipients and the cooks!!
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful tradition-I think it's what Christmas is all about! Peace, Angela
