...it was another windy day...cooler still than we had expected...

...a couple of promised pictures of me wearing the Salt Grass Beach Hat...

...you can even tell how the wind is whipping the umbrella in this photo...Scout and the Man are about to brave the rather rough waves...

...looking up the beach...and once again...we had the beach entirely to ourselves...so weird...where are all the people on this island?...

...Sea Oats...Katy even talks about the beautiful sea oats and grasses that protect the sand dunes on Topsail Island in the Beach Hat pattern...I thought it was funny that I chose a hat pattern for the exact beach I was going to...
