...vegan tofu based egg-less salad sandwiches are among my favorites...
...and I use this handy-dandy little egg slicer thingy to make quick little perfect cubes of tofu...
...three quick slices...turning the cube each time...
...then I mix it with vegan mayo, and I like a lot of pickles, and a little bit of mustard...some kala namak (black salt that's actually pink and tastes Sulphur-y like eggs)...and pepper...
...on whole wheat bread...

That looks good! Tofu is pretty hard to come by in the Bahamas. I took a few tubs with me in November, but those were quickly gone.
