Breakfast - oats...apples...frozen blueberries...and almond milk...
Snack - wheat toast...peanut butter...banana...and tea...
Lunch - Avocado sushi (this is some of the avocado I had frozen - it works fine for sushi)...Foreman-grilled broccoli...and baked tofu...and tea...
Snack - just some rice and leftover black beans and salsa...
...the kids were serving the Lenten dinner at Church...and it was grilled cheese and vegetable soup...

I made this but using mild curry powder and some paprika, I made the rice but next time I will simply boil it. It was yummy!!!
