...another full day of vegan eats...
...my favorite breakfast now...cereal, oats and apple, almond milk ...and tea of course...
...I ate half of one of the Man's bananas as he made his morning shake/smoothie/thingy...but didn't take a picture...
...lunch was leftovers...chili, lettuce, corn, cheesy nacho sauce, and broken taco shells...and tea...
...this is my favorite cheesy sauce right now...it's just a version of the ubiquitous potato carrot vegan cheese sauce...it has nooch and miso and vinegar to make it cheesy, and some garlic and onion powder too...I just fiddle with it until it tastes fabulous...
...I chopped up some of those tamed jalapenos to top it...
...dinner was the final Lenten meal at the Church...and pot pie was one the menu...I'll come back tomorrow and post the recipe...it was awesome...
...and dessert was some mixed nuts and mints...
