...Friday Favorites...

...y'all know how I love banana pudding...and how difficult it is to find vegan vanilla wafers...
...the old...old recipe card...easily veganized by just subbing egg replacer and vegan butter...
...and I have a perfect vegan banana pudding for dessert...

    Yum!! Duane and I are having Beyond Burgers tonight. Richard got them for us. Hope they're good! I also saw on the news today that Burger King is going nationwide with their Impossible Burgers. Will be neat to get a "burger" in a fast food place after all these years. Love, K

      Hey K,
      ..you'll have to be careful with the impossible burger...be sure to ask for it vegan...so they don't run it through the regular grill...
