...Tuesdays with Julia...

...it's a two-fer Tuesday...as we had to go forward and make the Vegan Glace de Viande...in order to add that to the Bearnaise Sauce to make Vegan Sauce Colbert

...it was pretty easy and pretty delicious too...

      ...it was yummy...and those are some of those gardein chunks...but I bet mushrooms would be delicious too...
