...8.31...Tuesdays with Julia...

...we made the VEGAN CRÈME AU BEURRE, AU SUCRE CUIT...it's a cooked sugar syrup frosting...and it was not what I was expecting...
...this was a light and creamy and fluffy frosting...and I was expecting the kind of glaçage that you pour over a cake...so it was a pleasant and delicious surprise...even with all of the steps I would recommend this recipe...and all of the particulars are over at The Vegan Version...
