...breakfast was a vegan tofu egg and vegan cheese biscuit...sprinkled with pepper and kala namak (black salt)...and I had tea...of course...
...you may have seen the Jersey Mike's bag in with the groceries yesterday...and I had a delicious veggie sub...I often add some items when I get home...this time...some tofu and homemade vegan swiss cheese...
...in the afternoon...I used up the last of the cashew milk from the beach...to make a delicious rich peppermint hot cocoa...
...I used the peppermint Dandies that my sweet nephew had given me at Mom's..
...and added a peppermint stick...it was so Christmas-y and yummy...
...the Man made a wonderful pot of vegetable soup for dinner...
...and I contributed grilled cheese sammies...
....perfectly toasted...
...and vegan cornbread too...
...I do like Mom did when we were little...and buttered the hot top...right out of the oven with Earth Balance...it makes it just that much better...haha...
...and it was a perfect warm and comforting dinner...
