...for St. Patrick's Day dinner...we had marinated tofu corned beef...recipe from The Hidden Veggies...with fried cabbage, vegan cornbread, and mashed potatoes...so delicious...
...and we had to go to the garden store for some mulch and things for the yard...so we made a date of it and had a sub sammie lunch at our favorite sub shop...
