...W.I.A.Y. ...

...I just whipped up a quick batch of blueberry pancakes...I had bought one of those plastic boxes of blueberries at the grocery store...but they really weren't very sweet...so I'm using them in pancakes and smoothies...
Breakfast - blueberry pancake...and a smoothie...not pictured...
Lunch - Vegan Cheese and lettuce pita
...I got hungry after lunch...and we often eat breakfast cereal around here as a snack...do you do that too?...or just have it for breakfast...I think we have it more as a snack than we have it for breakfast...

Snack - Organic Flake Cereal with Sunflower Milk
Dinner - Roast Beast Sandwich, Mustard Sauce,Carrots, Steamed Cabbage
...and before bed...I was hungry again...so I had some of my delicious probiotic yogurt...it's hard to tell from the photo...but I mixed in some lemon juice and stevia...I love lemon yogurt...so creamy and good...

  1. your meals are so varied and colorful!! we're kindof in a rut - a big onion/pepper/spinach omelette (with eggs)and tomatoes for a late breakfast, a big handful of nuts mid-day and some steamed brocolli, green beans and baked salmon for dinner. love, k
