...10.3...Delicious Vegan Food we ate...

....my local grocery store has a section of 'local' produce...and right here at the end of the growing season...they had green tomatoes for sale...so I got a big one and dredged it in almond milk and cornmeal...it will probably be the last fried green tomato of the year...

...then I fried a cornbread pancake in the same pan...mostly to use up the leftover cornmeal from coating the tomato...like we did when the power was out...
