...stair rail...Part One...

...after we finished the wall...we ordered all the pieces for a new stair rail for the foyer...
...lovely oak pieces from L.J. Smith...

...so those need to be finished...I'll get right on it...

    hey - sorry - i've been busy, busy lately and haven't even checked in!!! yes, the construction does remind me of balsam grove!

    and that bread was intriguing! getting ready for a long boat trip, hopefully i'll have time/internet to post some!

    We bought all the pieces for a replacement bannister/staircase. After looking at it for three days my beloved took it back to the shop having decided the one we had was okay!!

    I think you will have better luck!
