...I do our BIG shopping run over the weekend...usually on Saturday...and I'd made another batch of the Vegan Donut Holes...so I took some of those...a bottle of sweet tea...and a bottle of water to tide me over till I got home...
...and I was glad I had made and frozen a batch of
Stretchy Vegan Mozzarella Cheese...
...because in between two of my stops there is an awesome second hand store that I usually pop into...just to see if they have anything that I "
need"
...that's how I "
found" the
Hematite Yarn for this year's
Prom Shawl...
...anywhoo...I found this awesome Hand Grater...still in it's box...
for 50¢...and thought it'd be perfect for grating some vegan cheese...
...so I popped the frozen cheese into the grater...
...and gave it a few turns...it worked perfectly...
...I grated that block of vegan cheese onto a plastic lined baking sheet...
...so I could roll it up and put it back into the freezer...
...and while I was gone...the Man chopped up another gallon of sauerkraut...so happy about that as I don't want to run out...ever...
