...W.I.A.Y. ...

...I'm loving these thin-ish wheat pitas...
Breakfast - Wheat pita, tofu scramble and tea...I know it just looks like water...but it's tea...so that was a super simple brekkie...
...we had kind of an early lunch...because I was starving...
...sandwiches and French fries...
...I was experimenting with another ranch dressing...and used it to top my sammie...it was good...
Lunch - Tofurkey sandwiches, French fries, tea...
Dinner - another one of my delicious bowls...Brussels Sprouts, tofu, California Mixed Veg...and guess what I found at the grocery store...Yellow Romas...
Snack - a huge bowl of banana/peanut butter N'ice Cream...

    Yesterday we had seitan "à la portugaise" with oven fries and chiles rellenos.
