...Tuesdays with Julia...

...I made a vegan sponge cake...
...and then I made the chocolate version of VEGAN CRÈME AU BEURRE, MÉNAGÈRE to ice it...
...it was perfectly rich and creamy...
...I love chocolate icing...

      It was just like the chocolate icing Mom used to make...we really couldn't tell that much difference between this one and the cocoa one...maybe a little richer...
