...the Man made both dishes...and we were still sort of celebrating our anniversary...
...we had this delicious
Greek Bean Soup (Fasolada)...really really good...we used instant pot beans (great northerns) instead of the cannelini beans...'cause that's what we happened to have on hand..
...and we also had the
Greek Potatoes...easy and delicious...
...and for the movie...we watched an older foreign film
Kolya...and I bet you can't guess who picked that one...haha...
...it was a really sweet and fairly predictable film about some people...I enjoyed it...

Great soups. The potatoes. I haven't made Greek roasted potatoes for a long time and your featuring Greek dishes makes me think of Greek foods I love. Movies this weekend included The Colour Purple and Buena Vista Social Club.
