...5.14...Dinner and a Movie...

Pizza Night...!

It seems like it's been a long time since we've had pizza...but it's probably not been really...but I made a poolish...and make crusts...

...I made a quick sauce...and sliced some olives...because I like one olive in every bite...haha...

...and assembled the pizza...chao cheese and vegan parmesan...

...and then added the olives...but the Man assembled his pizza and had quite a bit of peppers left over...I wasn't initally going to add peppers...but I did just so they wouldn't go to waste...

...it turned out really good...but I still think I would have prefered it without the peppers...

...and I whipped up some vegan ranch and made a big salad...

...and it was the Man's turn to choose the movie...and we contemplated starting the new season of Shetland...but the episodes are all continued...so we may save it until we can watch them more consecutively...'

...so in the end...we just dove into YouTube for a couple of hours...it was fun...we watched some news bloopers that were funny...and I remember one of commercials from the 70s...I thought I would remember them all...but I did not...they were still fun to watch...because...things have changed a lot since then...and some cooking videos...of course...and that's about how we spent the Movie Night...haha...it was all fun...
