...I mentioned over the weekend that we had managed to use up all of the surplus veg the Man had bought...haha..and one of the recipes we used was for these Vegan Poireaux à la Grecque...

...they were super simple to make...and would have been even easier if I'd had the Court Bouillon in the freezer...haha...
