...2.13...Tuesdays with Julia...

...we tried another vegan Soufflé...the VEGAN SOUFFLÉ AUX BLANCS D’OEUFS...and I basically used this YT recipe Vegan Chocolate Souffle...just without the sugar and chocolate and such...
...it turned out really good...nice and light and fluffy...
