...7.12...Friday Update...

...with all the painting finished in the dinette it was time to put the curtain and blind back in place...so we got out the laser level...
...it's a handy and specific tool...it shines a perfectly level line of light...making it easy to drill your holes at exactly the same height...
...so just a matter a few screws and the curtains were back up...
...like most plastic things in the house...the electrical outlets had yellowed and when you put a nice new white plate cover over them you can really see the difference...
...so the Man rewired all of the outlets in the room...
... to add new white ones...
...much nicer...

    I like that laser level. It seems like a very good tool to have and would have helped when I put up my living room drapes. I too am changing some of the electrical outlets. Did you change the actual socket part (the wired part) or just the covers?
