...20 Years...

...there was no dinner and a movie last night...well...there was dinner...because we went to a new local restaurant with Scout for his
20th BIRTHDAY!!!

...how AWESOME is that!...

...we had a great time...

...there was live music...
...and there was an entire VEGAN menu...always so nice...this is just a salad with VEGAN RANCH!

...it was awesome!
...and then...I didn't intend to order a burger at this rather fancy sit down dinner...but they had BEYOND BURGER...and this was my very first opportunity to try it...so I couldn't pass it up...I ordered the vegan burger...
...and it was just about as amazing as everyone says it is...we passed it around and everyone was astounded...

...no movie then...just music and conversation with the family...celebrating our young man!

~Have a lovely weekend!

  1. What a wonderful way to usher in Scout's 20th year. The music is great and the food looks out of this world. Happy Birthday to Scout!

  3. 20 is so good... My daughter turned 20 a few weeks ago.
They are free... life is just beginning...
    Wish him the best!

Lucky you; you tasted the beyond the meat burger! I want to try it so bad! Is it "spooky" for an old vegan like me who cannot stand de look or smell of dead muscles????

    1. ...20 is such a sweet age...and yes the burger was kinda creepy...it is very meat-like...and the non-vegans around the table liked it...Scout said it was better than any other veggie burger he has tried...
