...W.I.A.Y. ...

...for brekkie...I had some tofu and toast...I love toast...
...so mid-morning...I had some more toast...wheat this time...with the tiniest bit of Marmite spread over it...and tea...of course...

...do you like Marmite...or Vegemite...or neither...or both...it's quite a debate...
...and for lunch I had my favorite vegan tooona sandwich...
...chickpeas mashed and mixed with some sweet relish, vegan mayo, and seaweed...
...it's so good...and I had some carrot sticks...and tea...of course...
...for a snack...I made some mixed veg in the Foreman Grill...
...and I had that with some eggplant...that I had made to do a spaghetti roll up that I was going to try to copy from a restaurant...but then decided not to...
...dinner was easy peasy...just some baked tofu, bread, peas and sweet potato...and tea...of course...
...and before bed...I had some banana/peanut butter n'ice cream...

...what did you eat yesterday?...

  1. I took a veggie burger to grill on the other boat along with bussels sprouts and pumpkin pie to share. They had fresh green beans/baby potatoes and coleslaw to share also....weird combinations, but we eat what we have! Fresh stuff will run out soon as we head further south where there are no stores. People get their food on the "mail boat" in some of the "out islands" so there is nowhere to buy anything.
