...breakfast was a tofu and TVP ham scramble...
...with toast and a banana...and tea...
...for lunch...I wanted to use up some leftover spinach...so I turned that into cream of spinach soup...
...and just crumbled up saltine crackers in that...
...milk and bread (cornbread) for afternoon snack...just microwaved some leftover vean cornbread...and added a dollop of Earth Balance...
...and poured over some almond milk...
...that was a yummy warm/cold snack...
...the Man made vegan potpies for dinner...
...and we had beets and beet greens for sides...
...they were so cute and delicious...
