...9.19...Delicious Vegan Food we ate...

...I know I've been harping on the bathroom remodel all week...but dinners have been rather haphazard this week as every spare minute has been spent in the bathroom...

...but the Man threw this stew into the Instant Pot...
...it's amazing how delicious potatoes, onions, cabbage and a handful of herbs are...we had it with some cornbread of course...and then we went back up to the bathroom...

...what delicious food have you been eating lately?...

    Hey - when Duane was going to have some of the real stuff, I made some vegan BBQ using some "chik'en" TVP nuggets. I just soaked it in water until really soft, chopped and added smoky BBQ sauce. Pretty good. Love, K
