...we made the relatively simple VEGAN ROGNONS DE VEAU EN CASSEROLE - [Vegan Kidneys Cooked in Butter— Mustard and Parsley Sauce]...and we served ours as an hors d'oeuvre...with rounds of toasted French bread...
