...5.18...Tuesdays with Julia...

...while we had the oven on...I thought I'd make another variation on the VEGAN SOUFFLÉ À LA VANILLE...the coffee one...
...it was nice...a mildly coffee flavored dessert...not strongly coffee flavored at all...if you wanted that maybe the instant coffee Julia suggests would be a better option...you could make it as dark as you wanted...
