...we made a delicious gratinéed leek dish with a creamy Béchamel sauce...
...it serves beautifully...
...and it was delicious...timeconsuming but delicious...so worth it...

    This dish is gorgeous! More than mouthwatering!
    The taste of the seitan with the poireau must be fabulous! And the sauce...
